Steps to join

  • Step 1

    You’ll receive an email from THE confirming your CAP Level 1 Accreditation and access to the CAP Community.

  • Step 2

    Click Get Started above to create your CAP Community account using the same email as your CAP Level 1.


    Do not use Google Sign-In

  • Step 3

    Log in, complete your profile and explore the Pinned Resources on your Home page, including a Video Welcome and Quick Start Guide.

  • Step 4

    You’re all set! Revisit anytime via https://www.tex.inc/ to keep exploring and connecting.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re having trouble accessing the platform or scheduling mentoring sessions, here are a few quick checks that may help. This guide covers the most common issues counsellors have encountered and how to resolve them.

  • If you’re unable to access the CAP Community or receive an error saying your email isn’t whitelisted:

    • Double-check that you are using your registered email address — this is the email where you received your login instructions.

    • If you’d like to update your registered email or are unsure which one was used, please contact support@evolvecareers.com for assistance.

  • If you can log in but cannot see the CAP Community or other members:

    • Make sure you are using the correct link to access the platform:

    • Confirm that you’re signing in with your registered email address

  • If you’re having trouble booking or scheduling mentoring sessions, please check the following:

    a. Profile and Availability Settings

    • Go to Edit Profile and make sure the ‘Available for bookings and mentoring’ checkbox is checked.

    • If sessions still don’t appear, try unchecking and rechecking this option to refresh your settings.

    • If you have been inactive for 2–3 months, it is mandatory to refresh your ‘Available for mentoring’ checkbox to ensure you have the best experience when booking sessions In the Calendar Availability section (the 6th tab under Edit Profile), you can either link your calendar or manually set your availability — whichever you prefer — before booking a session

    b. Connecting Before Booking

    • It’s best to connect with the counsellor you’d like to book before scheduling a session.

    This helps confirm their availability and ensures their mentoring settings are active.

    c. Booking Location

    • On the homepage (Session Shortcuts, right-hand side), you’ll only see your own availability.

    • To book another counsellor, navigate to their profile and follow the booking flow from there.

  • To view your completed mentoring sessions:

    • On the left-hand sidebar, scroll down and click on Manage Sessions.

    • Under Impact Analysis, you’ll see the total number of video sessions you’ve successfully completed.

  • If you’re wondering how many mentoring sessions you need to maintain your CAP Accreditation, accredited counsellors are expected to complete 8 sessions per year.

    You can view your progress in your Activity Tracker located on the top right-hand side of your page view. (see screenshot below) — this shows the percentage of completion, which will reach 100% once all 8 sessions are completed.

    You can also cross-check your completed sessions under Manage Sessions → Impact Analysis for a detailed view.
