EvolveCareers Wins the Access Sharjah Challenge 2025 in the Future Skills Gap Track
EvolveCareers is proud to announce that we have been selected as the winner of the Future Skills Gap Track at the Access Sharjah Challenge 2025, organized by the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa) in partnership with the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA).
This recognition comes after Sheraa received over 4,700 applications from more than 90 countries and shortlisted only 12 global finalists. EvolveCareers was chosen as one of the two winning ventures — alongside arabee — for our innovative approach to bridging the global skills gap and preparing young learners for the future of work.
About the Access Sharjah Challenge
The Access Sharjah Challenge is a global initiative designed to attract and support startups addressing some of the world’s most pressing social and economic challenges. The 2025 edition focused on Education, featuring two tracks:
Future Skills Gap Track, in partnership with the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA)
Arabic in Early Childhood Track, in partnership with the Sharjah Education Academy (SEA)
The program provides winning startups the opportunity to pilot their solutions within Sharjah’s education ecosystem, bringing innovation directly into classrooms and communities.
Piloting in Sharjah: Turning Vision into Impact
As part of the award, EvolveCareers will pilot its platform within Sharjah’s education ecosystem, working closely with SPEA to bring career-readiness simulations and guidance to schools and students.
This collaboration will help evaluate the real-life impact of experiential learning, empowering educators and learners with data-driven insights to shape future teaching and learning models.
