Virtual work simulations

Helping students to find the best fit career choice

Real world experience

First hand exposure to the world of work and to graduate roles give students a hugely powerful insight into their potential future pathways.

While some have the social capital to be able to get internships and work experience, most don't, and if they do it's just one week for their whole school journey. And at a time when new roles and industries are rapidly emerging, students need to be able to experience a wide range of opportunities to make the most informed choices.

How does it work?

Real world roles

We work with our employer partners to give students exposure to real world roles, that they as a graduate could be entering into.

Real life scenarios

Students work on scenarios that graduates will encounter, getting the chance to test themselves and really get under the skin of the role.

AI powered interactivity

Throughout the simulation they use generative AI tools, to test and fine tune their approaches, to get feedback in a dynamic environment, all the while developing their AI literacy.

Interview practice

Based upon the employer partners recruitment process, students finish the simulation by going through a video interview process, aligning their purpose and values with the employer partner, demonstrating their aptitude for the role through the scenarios they've completed, and showcasing why they are the best fit candidate.

What they could experience

A diverse range of opportunities:

From short simulations as a biotech entrepreneur or game designer.

To long form simulations in digital marketing or customer service.

To industries such as the green economy or tech.

As well as equipping students with the AI literacy skills to be able to build their own simulations for any role they want to explore, opening up a world of opportunities.
