Experience 3 real-world simulations across graduate roles in AI, renewable energy, and professional services — featuring employer co-created tasks, guided use of AI tools for dynamic feedback, and interview preparation support including video practice.

  • We work with our employer partners to give students exposure to real world roles, that they as a graduate could be entering into.

  • Students work on scenarios that graduates will encounter, getting the chance to test themselves and really get under the skin of the role.

  • Throughout the simulation they use generative AI tools, to test and fine tune their approaches, to get feedback in a dynamic environment, all the while developing their AI literacy.

  • Based upon the employer partners recruitment process, students finish the simulation by going through a video interview process, aligning their purpose and values with the employer partner, demonstrating their aptitude for the role through the scenarios they've completed, and showcasing why they are the best fit candidate.
